From finding your perfect comforter to caring for it.
A little guidance, for a lot more comfort.

Warmth, sizing & the right fit for you.
Choose Light for warm bedrooms, summer or if you sleep hot. All Season is our most popular year-round option. Ultra Warm brings extra warmth to cold rooms and winter nights.
For a personal recommendation, tell us whether you sleep hot or cold, which seasons you will use your comforter in, and your bed size.
We offer Twin/Twin XL, Full/Queen and King/Cal King. Check the exact dimensions on your chosen product page, as measurements vary by collection.
Consider your mattress depth and how much fabric you like to drape over the sides. If you are between sizes or want more coverage, consider sizing up. Compare the measurements with your bed and any duvet cover before ordering.
Within the same collection, the shell and down stay the same; the amount of fill changes. Light has the least fill, All Season sits in the middle, and Ultra Warm has the most fill for colder nights.
Start with Summer Breeze or a Light warmth level. Summer Breeze combines an ultra-light natural down fill with a breathable shell for warm sleepers and summer nights.
Tell us your room conditions, the seasons you plan to use it in and your bed size if you would like help choosing.
Compare the comforter measurements on the product page with the actual measurements of your duvet cover. Size names alone do not guarantee a fit, and dimensions can vary by collection.
If you would like a second pair of eyes, send us the product name and your cover measurements.
It depends on the listing. Some products include a comforter only; others are bundles with shams or a sheet set. Check the included-items section of your chosen product page before ordering.
We also sell duvet covers, sheet sets and pillows separately. If you are unsure what to add, send us the product link and we will help check the contents.
Custom sizing is not a standard offering. Contact us with your requested dimensions and the product you are interested in, and our team will confirm what may be possible before quoting any price or delivery time.
Availability support for U.S. orders.
Check the availability of your selected size, color and warmth level on its product page. For a restock estimate, contact us with the exact option you want.
We can check current inventory, help with a restock alert where available, or suggest a comparable item that is ready to order.
Weight varies by size, collection and warmth level. Higher warmth levels contain more fill. Use the weight listed for your exact product option, or contact us if you cannot find it.
Get to know what goes into your bedding.
Fill varies by collection and may include white goose down, white duck down, Canadian goose down or European goose down. Shell options include organic cotton, European linen, silk and TENCEL.
Check the specific product page for the fill composition and shell material of the item you are considering.
Organic cotton is soft and breathable. European linen has a relaxed, naturally textured feel. Silk offers a smooth, light feel, while TENCEL is chosen for cooling and moisture management.
Think about what matters most to you—softness, cooling or texture—and we can help you compare the available collections.
Fill power measures the loft of down: how much space one ounce occupies. Higher fill power provides more insulation for its weight. Fill weight is the amount of down inside the comforter and helps determine how warm it feels.
Our Organic Cotton Goose Down Comforter uses 650 fill power down. Specifications vary by collection, so check the exact product page.
Thread count is the number of threads woven into one square inch of shell fabric. The shell’s weave contributes to its feel and helps keep the down inside.
The Organic Cotton Goose Down Comforter has a 500 thread count shell. Thread counts vary across collections; check the product page for the item you want.
Baffle compartments divide the inside into sections. They help keep the down distributed, support its loft and encourage more even warmth across the comforter.
If your comforter develops persistent cold spots or the fill will not redistribute after drying, contact us so we can check it.
Odor-ElimiX is our down-cleaning process. The down is washed repeatedly with natural, non-toxic detergent to remove dust, oils and residual odor before filling.
For ingredient, formulation or safety-document questions, contact our team with the product name so we can confirm the relevant information.
Return and exchange terms below apply to U.S. orders.
No fragrance is added. A faint scent in a new comforter can be the natural scent of clean down.
If the scent does not work for you, the standard 30-day return options remain available, including for opened comforters.
Return and exchange terms below apply to U.S. orders.
Our down is thoroughly cleaned to remove dust and impurities, reducing common allergen triggers. This does not guarantee that it will be suitable for every allergy or sensitivity.
If you need to return a comforter because of an allergy, opened and unopened comforters are eligible under our standard 30-day return policy.
Down consists of soft, three-dimensional clusters that trap air for warmth. Feathers are flatter, have a firmer quill and provide less insulation.
The down-cluster percentage tells you the proportion of true down clusters in the fill; the remainder can include small feathers. Check your product page for the exact composition.
Goose down generally forms larger clusters, offering more loft and warmth for the same weight. Good-quality duck down also performs well and is often a good-value option. Both are cleaned to the same standard in our products.
Check your chosen product’s fill type and specifications, as these differ across the range.
It means 95% of the fill consists of true down clusters. The percentage describes the fill’s composition; fill power describes how much loft the down provides. These are different measurements.
Cluster percentages vary by collection. Only use the percentage stated on the exact product page you are viewing.
Our shells are designed for a soft, quiet hand feel. If yours feels unusually noisy, slippery or scratchy compared with what you expected, contact us with the order number and product details so we can check that you received the correct item.
Check the specific product page for corner loops or ties. Features can differ by collection, so contact us if the listing does not clearly show what is included.
Return and exchange terms below apply to U.S. orders.
Screen settings and lighting can make colors look slightly different from the physical fabric. For selected-color options, if the shade is not what you expected, you can request a color exchange within 30 days of delivery.
If you received a different color from the one you ordered, contact us with a photo so we can arrange the correct item.
Random Color options are supplied in a randomly selected color and can only be returned for a quality issue. A color preference or an unexpected shade is not a quality issue.
Warmy & Tummy is the trade name of Warmy Home Goods L.L.C., based in Denver, Colorado. Manufacturing origin varies by collection and is stated on the relevant product page.
Certification and sourcing details are specific to each collection. Check the exact product page for the certifications listed for your chosen item.
If you need a certificate number, the scope of a certification, supplier documentation or more technical detail, send us the product name and your question. Our product team will confirm the information available for that item.
Use the component details stated on your product page. If the thread material, testing information or another detail is not listed, contact us with the product name and your specific question. Our product team can check it for you.
Simple habits for lasting softness.
Use a large front-loading machine on a gentle cycle with a small amount of mild liquid detergent. Follow the temperature shown on your comforter’s care label and rinse thoroughly.
Tumble dry on low heat with dryer balls until completely dry throughout. This may take several cycles. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, dryer sheets and dry cleaning.
Two to three times a year is generally enough. A duvet cover, washed regularly, helps keep the comforter clean between washes and protects it during everyday use.
Yes. Gently blot with a cloth, mild detergent and cool water. Avoid rubbing or soaking the fill, and let the area dry completely before using the comforter.
For a larger stain, follow the full washing instructions on the care label.
Yes. A large-capacity front-loading machine is a good choice for bigger comforters. Avoid top-loading machines with a central agitator, which can damage the bedding.
Do not dry-clean, iron or steam your comforter. Follow the care label for washing, then tumble dry on low heat with dryer balls to restore loft and help smooth the shell.
No. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and dryer sheets, which can damage or coat the down and reduce loft. Use a small amount of mild liquid detergent instead.
Down can clump when it is not fully dry. Continue tumble drying on low heat with dryer balls until it is dry throughout and the loft returns. Larger comforters may need several cycles.
If the fill still will not redistribute after complete drying, or you notice lasting cold spots, send us photos and your order number so we can review it as a quality issue.
Return and exchange terms below apply to U.S. orders.
A faint natural down scent can occur when a comforter is new and normally fades within a few days. Air it in a well-ventilated room, or use a short low-heat tumble dry with dryer balls, following the care label.
If the odor is strong, chemical or persistent, please contact us. If the scent does not suit you, you can still use the standard 30-day return options.
Down can have a temporary scent while drying. Make sure the comforter is completely dry, then air it in a ventilated room.
If a strong smell remains after full drying and several days of airing, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will help review the quality concern and available resolution.
Store your comforter clean, completely dry and loosely in a breathable cotton bag. We do not recommend vacuum storage: prolonged compression can damage the down clusters and reduce their ability to recover loft.
Avoid storing a comforter while it is damp. If you discover a musty smell or mildew after storage, contact us for help.
